Patient Navigator
Helping to prepare and guiding your stay with us, is the Westside Regional Medical Center’s Orthopedic and Spine Patient Navigator. The relationship between the navigator and the patient is to provide and assist in a seamless movement through the surgical continuum of care. Through each step of the process our Orthopedic and Spine Patient Navigator, a trained nurse, guides patients and their families by offering emotional and educational support. The navigator also facilitates the needs of patients and families as they plan to be discharged home or to a rehabilitation facility.
