Strax Imaging Patient Information Line
Westside Regional Medical Center has recently become the medical records custodian for all former Strax Imaging Center patients. We will assist patients with the retrieval of their records and will schedule their annual mammogram & ultrasound appointments at Westside Regional Medical Center.
We have established a dedicated information line to ensure a smooth transition with this process. Call our Strax Information Line at 954-742-3500 to schedule a mammogram and/or ultrasound for your patients or to coordinate retrieval of your records.
