As a courtesy to you, our Billing Department will invoice your insurance company based on the information provided at the time of registration.
We will continue to follow up with your insurance carrier until payment is received. During this process, you will receive a series of letters from Westside providing information on the status of your account. However, at times we may request your assistance to contact the insurance company to process your claim within 60 days from the time of service.
